In my last blog, I forgot to speak on the last part of James 5:16 which say “..The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” To go along with what I said last time, you can’t get over a secret sin alone. If you try to you will most likely fail. And if you try to hide your sin it will take over you. Prayer is an important part in healing. Pray for yourself and have others pray for you. As the verse says the prayer of the righteous man is very powerful. Find a person in your church, small group or anybody that has a heart for God to pray over you. A close friend of mine did something similar and it has really helped him to know that someone is praying for him and the thing that he struggles with. Trust that others can help you through the healing process and also made sure to trust God and remember that he has the power to help you over come your SECRET SIN.
